Dr. Dirk Müller is Director of Strategic Marketing at Coherent Inc., a leader in industrial lasers used for micromachining applications. Dr. Müller explores new business opportunities in micro-electronics and aligns laser-based solutions to emerging manufacturing needs.

Before his current appointment, Dirk Müller was Product Line Manager for picosecond lasers and prior to being PLM he was Director of Sales and Marketing at LUMERA LASER.

During his professional career Dr. Müller has published in numerous journals, such as Science, Nature, Physical Review Letters, Optics Letters, as well as trade journals such as Laser Focus World, Photonics Spectra and Laser Technik.

Kevin started at E&R Engineering Corp. in 2016 as a Sales and Service Manager responsible for semiconductor business development and after-service management for the US, Europe, and South East Asia regions. In the past 2 years, Kevin successfully led the team to install 20+ E&R backend solutions at tier 1 IDM global company.

Before joining E&R, Kevin served at ASE Kaohsiung as a Senior Logistics staff in charge of customer relationship management and customer service with tier 1 customers, making him familiar with global semiconductor industry trends and customer demands.

Dr. Owen Kwok is the Technical Manager at ASM Pacific Technology focusing on the laser related technologies for advanced display applications. He received his PhD in Engineering from University of Cambridge in 2010 and joined ASM Pacific Technology in the same year. Over the past years, Dr. Kwok is responsible for conducting feasibility study, process development and modelling of the laser processing equipment, and overseeing the overall system implementation to offer leading laser dicing solution to the market. Dr. Kwok is a Croucher Scholar.

Having worked in various positions in both the semiconductor and laser industry, Phillip is currently a Senior Sales Manager at the 4JET Group – providing laser-based solutions across many industries.

Phillip has a strong technical as well as a pronounced business background. Over the past years, he has gathered profound experience in New Business Development and direct sales of highly complex products.

Throughout his career, he has lead multiple cross continental projects with interdisciplinary and intercultural teams and successfully introduced new technologies at major clients.

Phillip is an open-minded professional willing to go the extra mile and always up to a challenge.
